CMA Expands Christmas Present To Sand Springs; Food, toy donations needed | Local news

The Christian Ministers Alliance will need even more donations this Christmas gift season as it expands its service area to include Sand Springs Public Schools.

The decision came as more and more local families called during other seasonal freebies, Rev. WR Casey said.

In addition to the Sandites, CMA will continue to serve families in need in Tulsa, Union and Bixby public schools.

This year’s Christmas present is scheduled for Friday, December 17th at 6:00 p.m. at the Tulsa Legacy Charter School, 105 E. 63rd St. North and is sponsored by the CMA, the Tulsa Fire Department, the Tulsa Police Department, and Tulsa County Sheriff’s sponsored secretariat.

Food donations wanted include turkey, ham, whole chickens, corn, green beans, sweet potatoes, 20 pound sacks of potatoes, cabbage and mustard, cranberry sauce, onions, peppers, bacon, sausage, mushroom cream soup, white and wheat bread, buns, rice, Celery, granola, half gallons of milk, chicken wings, chicken legs, chicken legs, and chicken broth.

We are also looking for toys and other items for children aged 0 to 18, including books, bicycles, tricycles, carts, baby walkers, dolls, sports balls, stuffed animals, puzzles, educational toys, action figures, card games, board games, karaoke machines, magic sets and more.
