The University of Georgia will send 14 players to this year’s NFL Combine who are ready to start their professional careers. So here is the schedule for the upcoming events and which players will be participating each day.
Thursday, March 3rd: QB, TE, WR 4pm-11pm
Events begin at 4 p.m. with former wide receivers George Pickens to be the only bulldog to show off his skills that day. Pickens is hoping for a big showdown of his skills after missing most of his final season in Georgia with a cruciate ligament rupture.
Friday, March 4: OL, RB 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m
Day two of the combine will have a good number of players representing red and black. JamesCook and Zamir White are the two running backs next to it Jamaree Salyer and Justin Schaffer. All four players have some room to grow in terms of their blueprint pool, and the combine will be a great opportunity to do so.
Saturday, March 5: DL, LB 4pm-11pm
Day three will be Bulldog galore on the combine. Jordan Davis, Devonte Wyatt, Travon Walker, Channing Tindall, Kai Walkerand Nakobe Dean will all enter the field on Saturday. Davis, Wyatt, T. Walker and Dean were all in the running for potential first-round picks, while the rest of the pack will do their best to secure a Day 2 draft ban. Jordan Davis will certainly be one player who will put on an absolute show at the combine.
Sunday, March 6: K, DB 10:30am-1:30pm
This will be the last day for events in the NFL combine to Lewis cinema, derion kendrikand Jake Carmada will end things for the dawgs. Cine and Kendrick will do whatever it takes to help their draft stocks, while Carmada shows his strong leg as a punter to see if he can possibly prove to any NFL team that he’s worthy of a Day 3 pick.
